Raju's cricket Club / Academy (RCC) has been set up with the objective of providing a finishing school for undiscovered talented young cricketers aged 4yrs and above, who possess the desire to become professional cricketers, yet have not had the opportunity, so far, to further their cricketing experience in a first class environment.

21 years ago I decided that it was time I stopped dreaming and started trying to make my dreams a reality. I also desired that bright cricketing talent should not be handicapped due to lack of proper training-something that many people of my time faced.
